EOS Strawberry Sorbet Lip Balm

"eos lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth." - from EOS website.
Ingredients: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Beeswax (Cire D'abeille)*, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Natural Flavor, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)*, Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf/Stem Extract*, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Fragaria Vesca (Strawberry) Fruit Extract*, Limonene1, Linalool11Component of Natural Flavor. *Organic. Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth. Patent Pending.

Moisturizing, non-greasy, reasonably priced ($3.29 from Ulta), easy to find in my messy purse, even more, it's PINK! This Strawberry Sorbet smells (and tastes?) more artificial than other flavors I have tried - Read my review on Sweet Mint Here and Lemon Drop with SPF 15 Here.

Sweet Mint is still my favourite because of its minty sensation but this Strawberry Sorbet one is no doubt the first runner up. I am still on the hunt for the Limited Edition purple one. Let me know if you know where to hunt them down!

Favourite Products of 2010 + Resolutions for 2011!

Today is the 10th day of 2011 and I hope you all are progressively making your resolutions come true. 10 is the very first number to round up in the number family and I hope to make today a little special by doing what 10 does on a daily basis wtf. I was never a person who would ask myself to change this change that. Hence, shame to me I never had any resolutions because I honestly didn't see a point in making any - I felt like if I meant to do something or was in urge to do something, simply and easily, then I would. Though this year is a little different, I unwillingly participated in the society work force, dedicating 30 somewhat hours a week to a job fml. It's not like I don't like my job. I have started working full time for exactly a month now and am loving the environment, people and how much I am learning everyday... but it's so different than sitting at home or going shopping everyday, and be able to blog however and whenever I want.

Things are different now, you know?

So this year I want to make some resolutions for once to keep things on track, since there are many more 'obstacles' fighting against my freedom. And I want you all to supervise this resolution newbie in making this happen aka I want you all to be apart of my life :P

Also as to relate to my primary purpose of this blog, I want to do post regarding my favourite products of 2010. For the sake of my blog I will not go into super details of each product but I will try to list the reviews I had on them if possible.

Resolutions for 2011
- master in snowboarding: as I tweeted earlier as a joke, I am taking snowboarding really serious this year. I am going to snowboard every weekend until I could do it in Aspen, then Switzerland.
- lose 10 lbs and become a hot girl so all my ex-es will regret if they haven't' already: Just kidding la, though I really wanna start dancing or kickboxing again or some sort of routine exercising to keep my body strong for snowboarding, and simply to stay healthier.
- grad school / work overseas decision: probably not going to have to decide until later on this year since the deadline for this upcoming September has already passed but I wanna figure out if I could get into Stanford or some ways to work in either Singapore or Shanghai... I don't want to stay in this East Coast weather if I was about to spend 2 years in school (after 6 years-_-).
- travel: not sure if I could do as much traveling as I did in 2010 since having a f/t job but will definitely try going to somewhere new if I could get vacation days from work.
- everyone stays happy, grateful and healthy!

What are your resolutions? And what were your favourite products of 2010?

EOS Lemon Drop Lip Balm

Hi loves! Sorry I have been gone for wayyyy toooo longgg. If you follow me on twitter, you'd probably know I was gone to California for 2 weeks. It was such a fun trip! But being gone for that long, I have piled up tons and tons of new stuff I wanted to share with you. Thus, putting the Cali trip aside, I need to start catching up with my product reviews :D

If you have read my blog for awhile, you know I LOVE the EOS lip balm in sweet mint. Its so cute and super easy to be found in my always-oh-so-messy purse. I decided to pick up this lemon drop one while searching for a chapstick that contains SPF for my trip to sunny California. And surprise! A lot of CVS now carry EOS products. yay!

Drug Facts

My thoughts:
I am actually quite disappointed with this SPF lip balm. It is almost as greasy as the LLBean with chapsticks.. Almost like having Vaselline on thr lips with a hint of lemon flavor. Even though its very moisturizing,  I prefer using refreshing and clean textured lip balms when I am out.. if that makes any sense. So I mean I will keep using it because it contains SPF, but if I had to choose a clean non greasy formula I'd pick something from Hawaiian Tropic.

EOS Sweet Mint Lip Balm

EOS evolution of smooth
95% organic
100% natural
petrolatum & paraben tree
vitamin E
shea butter & jojoba oil

theres no where I found this in Massachusetts so I actually bought mine from a Duane Reade in New York while I was searching for the Aquafina chapsticks (which I couldnt find :( ) As a minty lip balm lover, I had to pick this cute minty green (sweet mint) one rather than the red (summer fruit) or green (honeysuckle honeydew) because its my favorite color and has Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) in it.  The packaging is super cute. It really holds up moisture for a long time and smoothes on clear. its non-greasy formula makes it perfect to be a base before lipsticks. I am dying to try the new yellow one in lemon drop which also contains SPF15!
