Chanel Brilliant Extreme Glossimer 87 Seashell

Swatch~

my natural lips
With one coat of the lipgloss

I really didnt notice anything special about this lipgloss when I first put it on. 87 Seashell is an light shimmery pink, a pretty universal color i'd say. But as time goes by it keeps its moisture relatively well, not sticky and very longlasting. It probably lasts for 4 hours while staying even coated. Its actually my first Chanel lipgloss and I like it a lot <3

This lipgloss was actually given as a birthday gift by my beloved friend Qing. We met during freshmen year, became roommates in our sophmore year. A lot of people say we are twins because we look alike and are the same size (tho shes a lot skinner than me now haha). She is my best friend in college. Finally a picture of me and her. Isn't she a cutie?

Nails for Spring!

Spring has sprung ~*

so nail colors need to be changed too, right?
you all know me, i dont like anything crazy on my nails since i am so rough with them.. they get chipped so quicky id rather ruin my nothing-on nails than having a scratch on a professionally done design. anyway, besides doing a mono color, sometimes id do french (considered as the highest level of my nails skills already haha).

Heres the 'design':

Heres what I am using:

Etude House Nail Base Coat
Borghese Nail Lacquer Vernis in B409 Rosato Rose C
Sally Hansan Hard as Nails Strengthening Topcoat

With only Etude House Base Coat on,

*mind my nails they are in different paces in growing XD i always break the nails of my index fingers dont know why lol

not super shinny

prevent my nails from yellowing
not bad but nothing really special besides its cute bottle

Tell me about your spring nails style!!

Biore Perfect Cleaning Oil + Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover Lotion

Ahh my Biore cleaning oil is running out and I have no idea where to purchase it >.<

Biore Perfect Cleaning Oil
It has been my absolute fav for many many years. I have probably used up 8 bottles already. It was introduced to Hong Kong from the Biore Japan line maybe 3 years ago? Its selling point is that it can be used even on wet faces, and would not weaken its cleaning power, meaning its perfect for lazy people like me to be able to do the cleaning one step during shower.
Pros:
- thick oil form, dissolve any makeup entirely from super waterproof mascara to color stay lippies after couple seconds of massage
- remover and cleanser combined = no need to use cleanser afterward
- can be used on wet faces as mentioned
- smells like peaches <3
- small amount is needed! 2 pumps are enough for the entire face, even with crazy eye makeup
- does not dry up my face after use
- feasible, roughly US$8/bottle and 2-3 bottles are enough for me for a whole year
Cons:
- not know where to purchase besides from Asia (anyone knows of any website that carries this?)
- oil form, so its easier to be rubbed in the eyes

Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover Lotion

Saw this when I strolled around walmart. It is new perhaps? Rarely see any makeup remover lotion, the teal colored bottle grasped my attention right away.
Pros:
- good alternative if your sick of using oil
- does not get into eyes easier because of its gel form
- feasible, around $7
- does not dry up my face after use
- available in any drugstore
Cons:
- cleaning power is not as good as Biore, but still better then a lot of eye remover oil I have tried.
- inconvenient because I cannot remove my face makeup at the same time
(i mean I could use it on my face too.. but it'd be a waste)

Comparing the 2, I would definitely still pick my Biore. Who doesn't want to be lazy these days? Plus it absolutely removes EVERYTHING! But I mean the Neutrogena one isn't that bad, just little inconvenient caz i have been spoiled by my biore for so long.. I like the non-clumsiness feeling it gives. It is still very good for its price and does its jobs. so no complaints :)

FOTD Orange No Shadow (Revoln Self Adhesive Lashes) Look

Hi Dolls! omg Sorry I have been so busy wrapping up the semester in the past week, didnt even have time to update. Today was a big day for me. Possible last day of class in my life! I also had an informal interview with the study abroad organization I want to work for. I was freaking out inside! nonetheless, I am back! didnt have a lot of time this week but still able to squeeze time to do this orange look yesterday. Its super simple. Clean Face, no eye shadows or liners, long lashes and orange lips!
*p.s. i meant to put the flower onto my hair but it kept falling haha

FOTD Orange No Shadows Look

Products used, literally (From left to right):
Revlon Fantasy Lengths Self Adhesive lashes in 99501 Defining*
MAC Loose Power NC20
Shu Uemura Cream Eye Shadow in P Brown
Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream
Etude House Jelly Bar in 07 ( <3 )*
Skinfood Salmon Darkcircle Concealer Cream

Revlon Fantasy Lengths Self Adhesive lashes in 99501 Defining
Ok so first of I want to say the Revlon Fantasy Lengths lashes are pretty bad (esp compare to Asian brand lashes that use artificial hair) maybe they just arent meant for Asian eyes lol. They are wayy too long for my eyes, actually poke my eyelids.. but that might be because i have really flat eyes. In terms of the self adhesive part.. another disappointment.. it is so NOT sticky! lol what a waste of money. Thing is I have another pair in fantasy. oh my..

Etude House Jelly Bar in 07
Orange
Can I just say I love this jelly bar? I have had this for maybe 5 years? (... i know im not supposed to still use it) the name is all worn out and I didnt find out its by Etude until recently-_- they probably discontinued it awhile ago already since I didnt see it in their store when i was in seoul couple months ago. Regardless, it is still good! still super balmy and shinny and orangy! just love it!

k sorry my thoughts are all over the place. lack of sleep last past couple nights. gonna take a nap before heading out tonight wohoo! will probably do some editing later (i know my grammar lol) but until then.. take it easy :)

Hana SPC Natural Brown Lenses

Receive these Hana SPC Natural Brown lenses from pinkyparadise.com when I got home :D :D

I completely forgot I ordered these (-_-) 2 weeks ago perhaps? I personally rarely rarely wear circle lenses n I dont like lenses that have crazy enlarging effect BUT these are perfect! They are like 1mm larger than my irises so basically only the black part sits outside. The brown as you can see is tiny bit lighter then my eye color (the center) so the subdue color differentiation creates more depth to my eyes. They are pretty comfy. I dont feel anything in my eyes (unlike freshcon / one day acuvue) but of caz I would only wear them for couple hours max and probably only when I go out since they are still not as healthy as wearing regular contacts with higher oxygen permeability. I dont want to turn blind when I turn 30 :p

So if you have brown eyes like me and want just a tiny bit of a softer look, these will be a good choice! And when you order from pinkyparadise.com. they also come with an animal contact case. Mine are  yellow hippos which kinda match the lenses (which also matches my duckie and my yellow paper folders wth). freaking adorable! yeah yeah yeah i can wear them tonight, perfect timing!

AND OHH!! Thank you girls SO much for leaving comments on my last post! They meant A LOT to me! I am more confident with my fobby bangs now hehee n_n
